Shipping information
Handling your order
As soon as your order has been entered in our system, it will be processed immediately by our logistics department. We aim to deliver your order to your home within 1 working day. All products on PeddyPal come from our own warehouse. You can only order products that we still have in stock. This ensures that you never have to wait long for your order.
Dispatch
If you have completed your payment on working days before 16:00, your order will be packed and shipped the same day. After packing you will immediately receive a track & trace email from us with your shipping details. As soon as the shipment has been collected by our carrier, you can see the expected delivery date and time via the trace link.
Who will deliver the order?
Your package will be delivered by PostNL. PostNL delivers the packages from Monday to Saturday at the address of your choice. The morning of the day on which you will receive the package, PostNL will send you an email with the expected delivery time, indicated in a time window of a few hours. Is it not convenient that your package is delivered at home? Then choose a PostNL point. Check in the app or on the web whether this is possible for your package. Before 10 p.m. you can choose where and when you want to receive your package.
What happens if you are not at home?
If you are not at home at the first delivery attempt, the shipment will be delivered to the neighbors or a PostNL point. From July 1, 2022, the well-known 'not at home' note will disappear. All information about the location of your package is given via the PostNL app or e-mail.
Packages that cannot be delivered, refused by the recipient or are not collected from a Parcelshop within 7 days, will be returned to PeddyPal . PeddyPal charges €6.25 return costs for this method of return. If the package is received in the normal way and then returned, the regular agreements apply (see PeddyPal return policy).
My package has been delivered, but I have not received anything
Check in the track & trace whether the delivery address is completely correct. Also inquire in the area, with the neighbors whether they may have received the package. If you do not have the package yet, please contact us. We will check with PostNL where the package was delivered.
Packages that have been delivered but not received must be reported to PeddyPal within 48 hours. After that, unfortunately, we can't do anything more for you.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up your order.
Immediately visible damage to the outer box?
If the shipment is presented to you with obvious damage to the shipping box, we advise you to refuse the shipment and contact us. We will take care of resending an undamaged product.
Visible damage to the packaging must be reported to the driver immediately if possible and reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will contact the carrier. If the damage is not reported to us within 48 hours, we cannot do anything for you.
